Coaching is a facilitated process to get you from where you’re currently at, to where you aspire to be.

The goal(s) you set can be related to one or more aspects of your life (e.g. relationships, career, health).

Differences between Coaching, Counselling, and Therapy

This is for you if:

  • There is a gap between your current life and your aspired life, and you’re ready to take responsibility to make changes. Sometimes where we aspire to be may not be clear to us... yet! This is also what we will discover together (oftentimes, what we think we want turns out to not be what we truly want).

  • You feel stuck in your current life, or you feel happy and content with life as it is (you didn't read that wrongly). In the case of the latter, you’re not being greedy - it is about seeing that there is infinite potential in our short lives, be it of service to ourselves, our loved ones, or our community.

This is not for you if:

  • You’re in a space where you do not want to make any changes to your circumstances, and assess that the status quo is fine for you; or

  • You assess that counselling / therapy is more suitable for you at this point (read on to understand).

This is what you can do today: Free 1-hour coaching

  • You can book a free 1-hour coaching session with me. You can either:

  • In this 1-hour, I will share the coaching framework I've developed, and we will dive right into the coaching session

    • This is not a 'discovery call', what many coaches offer to determine if the potential client is a right fit for their business

    • You will receive effective skills and resources that can support you in your journey

  • I wanted to offer an hour of free coaching because I know coaching is expensive (generally around SGD $300-500/hr for 1:1 coaching) and cost can be a huge deterrent to those who want/need it

  • Alternatively, you can simply google "life coaching in [insert country]" and find a coach whom you resonate with!

What are the differences between Coaching, Counselling, and Therapy? How do I know which one I need now?

There are 3 main differentiators:

(1) Your current mental state (represented by the colour of the bars)
